About the Financial Conflict Coach

Dave Hilton- aka the Financial Conflict Coach- is a Conflict Engagement Specialist, Mediator, Dispute Resolution Trainer, Speaker & Award-Winning Radio Show Host. He is also the host of the Conflict Specialists Show.

He received his Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Southeastern Oklahoma State University in Durant, OK and earned a Master’s degree in Dispute Resolution from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX.

Dave is a qualified Mediator (Under Section 154.052 of the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code and O.S. §, Title 12, Chapter 38A, Sections 1833 & 1840 of the Oklahoma Choice in Mediation Act) and specializes in Financial Conflict, Generational Conflict, Gender and Cultural Conflict, Identifying Personal Conflict Styles, Managing Workplace Conflict and Non-Verbal Communication.

He has also received extensive training in Mediation techniques, Negotiation, Dispute Resolution Systems Design for Organizations, Organizational Ombudsman Practices, Organizational Leadership, Arbitration, Online Dispute Resolution, Employment Law and the Psychology of Conflict.

Dave is the founder and Chairman of the Texoma Dispute Resolution Center (a non-profit community mediation center), is a volunteer Mediator for the SMU Mediation Center and currently serves on the Board of Directors or Volunteer Committees of several other agencies and non-profit organizations.
